At Miners Rush, transparency and fairness are extremely important to us. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final
All Miners Rush repack products are final sale. Due to the nature of repack and mystery products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges based on pack outcome, coin grade, market value, or personal dissatisfaction with the contents.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk involved in mystery-style repack products.

Eligible Refunds (Damage Only)
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following condition:

The coin(s) arrive visibly damaged due to shipping

Damage must be to the coin itself, not cosmetic wear on the grading slab (minor slab scratches or scuffs are normal and do not qualify)

Reporting a Damaged Item
If you believe your item qualifies, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos and/or video of:

The damaged coin
-
The grading slab
-
Original packaging and shipping box
-

Include your order number and full name
Failure to provide documentation within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.

What Does Not Qualify for Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:

Dissatisfaction with pack contents

Market value changes
-
Coin grades or expectations
-
Buyer’s remorse

Minor slab marks or cosmetic imperfections

Damage caused after delivery

Final Decision
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Miners Rush reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or replacement request at its sole discretion.
